This hotel has been my go to for day trips to the area, and it has always been a great balance of cost, convenience, and comfort. Accommodating staff and comprehensive amenities at a great location.
I come to this property a couple of times for work, and it is always one of the best hotels I stay at. The staff is helpful and friendly. Facilities are clean and rooms are comfortable.

Loved the breakfast! So many choices! Not enough seating areas and we were sent to a meeting room. The toilet kept running water so it was annoying. Not enough towels in the pool
The front desk staff kept insisting that it is not a paid reservation and was asking me to pay $121 for the stay. Told her it was already paid online and showed her the receipt but won’t listen and was giving an annoying tone on her voice. Good thing another staff stepped in and helped and were able to showed her that it was indeed already been paid online.

Location wqs pretty. It was within walki g distance of IKEA and Woodfield Mall with several eateries nearby.
