The properties was nice. We did get a parking pass for free. The breakfast was $13 for continental or you could pay for separate items. Great whirlpool but the maintenance man was painting the ceiling while we were in there. Later 12:00 checkout which was nice. Wi-if was free BUT you had to sign up for their service. Also lots of traffic noise. Close to Oakbrook mall. Goods and bads about this hotel.
Didnt like we had to pay to park and had to compete for parking spaces with Drury Lane theater attendees.
We went for a wedding and it was convenient to the venue. Check in and out was very fast
I liked the staff; they were friendly and accommodating . The hotel & room were very clean. The continental breakfast was a nice surprise. I do wish I could have closed the curtains at night. The outside lights made it hard to darken the room for sleeping.
Because I booked through a third party (Orbitz) I was denied any Hilton points. Paying for parking was also not indicated when I booked with Orbitz. I will not be using Orbitz again.
I didn't like you had to pay to park on the property
There were no amenities. Front desk staff was great.
The rooms are very quiet and the suites are very nicely laid out. Super comfortable bed. Our original reservation was with the Hilton Garden Inn, however when we arrived, the hotel was closed. Fortunately, someone was at the front desk and saw me. She came to the door and told me that we had been upgraded to Hilton Suites just across the parking lot. Nice, but there was no email, or notice on the door, so I'm not sure what we would have done at 11 o'clock at night if she had not been there.
location was perfect, for the conference; the fact that the key cards weren't workig, on Friday p.m. was a disappointment, and inconveience.....
My stay was excellent and I definitely will be booking my hotel stay with Hilton garden inn
The room was spacious and clean. The pool was warm. Everyone was very nice
Room very nice. Comfy beds and great pillows. Next door to theater and restaurant. Nice fireplace in lobby.
My overall experience was everything I thought it would be and I do plan on visiting there again real soon
Clean. Good location. Great welcoming staff. Great experience.
