Great location for our needs. Woodfield mall, lots of restaurants, 10 min from Medieval Times, easy on/off expressway. Room was nice, pool was small but adequate for the kids.
I only needed to stay to visit family, so didnt really need all the amenities during the day. I did; however, appreciate all the dining options nearby without creating too much noise or traffic.
The folks at the front desk were absolutely amazing! The manager however was extremely disappointing. The hotel restaurant had an hour and a half until the kitchen closed and he absolutely refused to let anyone get food. He was more interested in his personal phone call than helping us.
If you are trying to stay near the airport this a great location. But a great distance from downtown Chicago. I had 2 issues my room key didn't work each night I was there had to get them replaced. The other issue is one of the rooms had ants every where. But overall I would stay again

Everything was very. Our room, the check in, parking... nothing negative to say at all. We enjoyed the pool as much as we can. Due to Covid, we had to reserve our pool time & it was only our party in the pool. Very close to everything, Target, Costco, McDonald’s, etc.
Courtyard was very nice. We enjoyed our stay and we will definitely return.
No microwaves in room. An inconvenience to keep running to lobby. Somebody told us it would be a fire hazard but suites have them and you can rent. So that did not make sense. Plus our room was not stock with toilet paper, conditioner, shampoo and body wash. We had to ask for it.
No hot breakfast, no answer on the phone the night before.
