Rooms are a bit crowded for two queens. The hotel had a bad smell.

The breakfast required guest to eat downstairs next to strangers. No option to take your breakfast to your room. I wanted to eat my breakfast with the morning news. The housekeeper came to my room at 10:55. Rushing me out. She stayed with a harsh tone and accent" it is eleven" I showed her my cell phone screen it showed 10:55. She was extremely rude. She came back to my room to knock again. My phone screen said 10:57am. The room was clean. The breakfast was good. It's not fair to rush checkout and to require guest to eat downstairs.

The beds were so high, I couldn't get in without huge difficulty. The remote was broken and we were told to use the buttons on the tv. The sink didn't drain but they fixed it after we asked. They only clean the room every other day. There was no easy chair in a 2 queen bed room. The room was very small.

Outside around hotel had a lot of trash , trash cans full outside . dirt marks on walls in room. Paint peeling in bathroom . Breakfast was included but not much to pick from .

Came into are room and had bugs crawling on bed. The sheets and bed spread had stains all over them.

The front desk staff guy was sleeping in the back room and was very rude. I went to complain about how I was treated the night before and the Assistant Manger was also rude. I did not like there culture at the hotel. They were all rude.

I like the fact that the place was updated from the last time I stayed there, when I first started coming to Schaumburg. The only thing I didn't like is the $150.00 hold. I also didn't like being told that I would get it back when I leave nut I didn't. When I checked out I was told then it would be 3-5 business days before I would see it back. We should have known that before we booked. The heater/fan in my room made noise all night, made it hard to sleep. Also, we was not told breakfast ended at 9:00. so we missed out on that as well. Besides that the stay was ok.

Good our stay was very short, we were not very happy.. Break fast veg options were limited. The room temperature was very high.

The staff were friendly and efficient

You advertised having airport shuttle service in there was none. The stay ended up costing 54 dollars more than advertised for that price I could have stayed closer in a better hotel for less price

quiet and clean. good location, still need a car or uber.
