We had no hot water for showers in the morning. Was told the breaker would be reset. 40 minutes later husband used another room to shower. Maintenance came in the evening and we ended up changing rooms, which wasn’t very convenient. Front desk was very apologetic at check out.

The beds were super comphy, and the room was set up nicely, only thing that wasnt necessarily bad but slightly inconvenient was that the toilet and the door to the bathroom could be a bit farther apart, other than that it was absolutely perfect
The gym was not open or available. The ironing board was broke and the room smelled like old cigarettes smoke… The staff was very friendly.
The employees at the desk were nice and friendly. I liked that the hallways were cool and not hot in the middle of summer. The fitness room is closed and the pool only allows guests 30 minutes of swimming. There are a limited amount of brown bag breakfasts.

We didn't like the elevator...it was very slow and creepy.
