It’s not bad but it’s not good either. Service is sub par. Food is sub par. We couldn’t reserve any restaurants. We had to stand in line for everything and it wasn’t even peak season. I would hate to come here in peak season. In short, I wouldn’t stay here again. But for the price, it’s not a bad place to be, I have stayed in worse. On the plus side, there is a casino and alcohol everywhere (bottom shelf stuff though).
My family and I enjoyed our stay. The food was good, different dishes every day. The room was clean. It was accessible to walk around. I will come back soon....
The staff can definitely be more friendly. Great hotel overall
Every one was very kind and nice. Property needs a lot of updating. From the room temperature being to hot, the shower backs up and the water is orange. Needed multiple towels to keep floors dry due to no shower curtain or shower door. Food options are ok. But cross contamination is very high due to using same utensils for all kinds of meats. And one shocker is that you have to be fully dressed to dine instead of being able to eat while in your bathing suits. When it is already 100 degrees and you may just want a bite to eat after getting out of the pool or before it.

ORBITZ did not book my room correct or my transportation correct … The hotel corrects ORBITZ mistake.
Huge property but they want to charge extra for what seems like everything. Advertised as family friendly but is anything but. Rooms were tiny and outdated. Upgrade put you in a smaller room.
