Great location, next to the Forum.
This is a great hotel for a small family. Walks to the ocean, nice area of clubs and restaurants. Good food.
The property was nice. Close to beach and two swimming pools. Restaurant/Bar staff were excellent. Check in girl could get rude. Air Conditioning was not working in our room all week. Made sleeping miserable. We asked them to fix it and it didn't get done. Heard the same complaint from at least one other guest.
Over-all the Hotel's view is beautiful and the location is great, but the elevator is AWFUL they really need to upgrade it as well as the AC units in the rooms.

I didn’t like the fact that they didn’t offer any washcloths, the bathroom had a sewer smell. No English tv channels and no menus in English to order food and drinks, but Staff was awesome and very nice.
The bartender Israel was very nice I really like the location but the jaccuzzi didn’t work properly we called maintenance but they didn’t fix the water leaking so we didn’t use it also the room had cockroaches the view was nice but I don’t want to bring roaches to my house :/ Thanks

We waited for more that 45 min for our room and the never offering water or soda !!! Even on the cheapest hotel do it.
Family friendly, this our second time staying here & we love it.
There is construction or repairs going on at the property and they’re working with power tools since early in the am on a Sunday!! Woke us up. Elevators not working properly. Water temperature in the shower goes cold really quickly, tv not working. Very uncomfortable pillows. On the plus side, friendly staff
Facility is overdue for remodeling and staff was unfriendly
We stayed in the pent house. It was smaller than we thought. For the price we paid it should have been all inclusive.

Location was fantastic nearby to food and souvenir shops! Room was pretty nice and the AC worked great! The AC unit broke on our 2nd day but they had it repaired within 15 mins of reporting it! Gorgeous ocean view room with comfortable room and awesome pools and swings around the property. Wifi wasn’t quick enough to stream video content but everything else was great!

Hello. Thank you for your comments, we had towels in the bedroom, the tv has a few channels in english, and also have the menu in spanish and english.
