This is not a 5 star resort but it is still very nice. Excellent service and food. Beautiful beach but the seas were pretty rough. Some seaweed but that’s expected. Cons: Room a/c cannot keep up with the heat WiFi not so great in the rooms Pros: Marco - palapa waiter Eduardo - Albatros server Nancy - front desk Food at Albatros was excellent as was the food available when you rent a beach palapa ($45) Room is basic but all one would need.

The butler Luis was always available and was always willing to help. He made sure we had a good time. The staff in the Fuente restaurant was all good. The servers Denise, lenin and Balthazar went above and beyond to help. It was a good trip.

The good we had a problem with the ac and it was solve in minutes, we like the hotel staff very helpful and willing to help us,the bad bars and restaurants closed at 11 no snack after 11pm we had booked all inclusive months prior to the stay at the hotel when we arrived all of the policy change we did not have any cuminication to let us know,we have to pay $140 each to be able to have it sonce they changed all the rules etc other issue we had once they checked you out your are not allowed to eat oh drink is NOT LIKE OTHERS HOTELS WE HAD STAYD BEFORE AND THEY ALL ALLOWED YOU TO EAT AND DRINK WHILE YOU WAIT FOR YOUR DEPARTURE we were very surprised,if we recommended the hotel yes people there are very nice.,if we will stay here again NO.
