The room had a sewer smell
There was construction going on the very first night we got there we got woken up to the construction noise going on in the roof we literally got placed in the room right under that floor. Couldn’t even get some good rest. It was just too noisy.
We enjoyed our stay at Beachscape. Nice, lowkey, quiet hotel with beautiful and well-kept grounds. We appreciate that it was quiet and we got a great night sleep every night. It was about an 11 minute walk to the party area in the Hotel Zone. perfect location for a quiet escape but close enough for access to the party area. I would highly recommend staying here and I will stay again. Not anything fancy but perfect for what we needed. Also, the beach is not busy so it was always easy to get a spot under the tiki hut at the beach or lounge by the pool.
Good location. Bus stop. Great food. GoMart and Pharmacy across the street. walk to the ferry terminal (~.6 miles). All the staff were incredible.
The room was cleaned daily. Staff was available in front office to help get taxi. Personally liked the location. I loved the beach access which even has an area to play beach volleyball. The staff from the beach bar/restaurant were friendly.
The place is wonderful, just the restaurante had some problems with the organization with the time that they can give the food. We always had the problem to wait for our order of food about 25 or 35 minutes. But everything else was really good.
I was a great place to stay, walking distance to downtown hotel zone. I will consider this place again.
My family and I extended our stay in the Cancún area after experiencing the seaweed infested ocean in playa de Carmen. The beach at this resort is truly beautiful and clear of seaweed. We were impressed by how friendly the staff was especially the GM he was very helpful and welcoming. We can’t wait to go back to this resort in paradise!
Beachscape Kin Ha is a rare oasis of peace and tranquility on Cancun's massively overbuilt and often noisy coast. With five "low rise" buildings that house lovely rooms, there are garden spaces and a gracious pool tucked in among two restaurants. The beach itself is pristine with soft white sand and turquoise waters. A diligent and friendly staff keep good security, excellent service and a clean environment. Food was carefully prepared and the fresh fish especially good. We already look forward to returning.
Wonderful hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The biggest disadvantage is the breakfast service. We took only breakfast and it was a terrible experience. The waiters are very arrogant, especially the woman who works there. When I asked for a cappuccino, she answered me No. in a categorical tone. that my breakfast includes American coffee and scrambled eggs. Although there is a service for everyone included. And those who paid for extra lunch and dinner received a different breakfast. I cannot understand if we paid for breakfast and not for lunch and dinner. We should get the same breakfast as the rest. It turns out not. And so that we would not have an omelet and coffee every day, we immediately took off these bracelets and did not go there again so as not to spoil our rest. I have not seen this anywhere else. This was the only thing that was a very unpleasant moment of our stay.
We love this hotel, it is in a great location and very quiet. We love the apartment amenities.
Great customer service and beautiful beach area - love it
I upgraded to a suite and the staff upgraded me again to an ocean front suite. The hotel is clean and well kept. Umberto allowed me to check out and hour later, which was a huge help. Esther helped me with the initial reservation and suite upgrade. She patiently answered all of my questions. Victor helped me carry my luggage to the car. The staff is friendly and amazing. The beach is awesome and there are enough beach chairs for everyone. I have been to beachscape five times and will keep going back. There is also a spa and gym on premises. The location is excellent and near the busses which are easy to take on the tourist strip.
