Nothing additional

If you want to experience a vacation in Mexico in a place that mostly cater to latin guests and therefore cater food wise more so to the latin tastebuds, then this is your place! They do have hamburgers, pizza and hotdogs too but who goes to Mexico to eat Hamburgers? Here we are talking fresh made corn tortillas, hand rolled and fried right infront of you, food that I have never tried before and everything was great, I stayed for one week with my 17 year old son who might not as adventurous with food as I am, but he ate well every day thanks to a buffet with a wide vierety morning and lunch and different themes every night. Staff are very nice, some limited in English but you are in Mexico, have fun and practice the Spanish you know and they will embrace you.Our room was nothing fancy, but it was clean, and it got cleaned everyday. Beach was nice, Pool are very clean and nice, gym small but clean and nice. My son and I enjoyed walking the shore line every morning. You will see some presence from the police but we just found that ensuring of safety. We did not venture out at night but enjoyed dinner and entertainment on the property every night. They have entertainment for kids and families throughout the day. A nice swim up bar with shade next to the kids pool. Towel service. The beach has a nice palm tree shaded area if you want to hide from the sun. For us this was a great experience and we will visit again.

Catfished! My room did not look like the room I reserved, I did not have a good balcony view. Not enough towels, staff did not want to help. Very Very Very small bathroom, no refrigerator , DO NOT STAY AT THIS RESORT!!!!!

Great stay! Wonderful and cultural events at the resort. Private beach and great pool ambiance. Breakfast was delicious and service was amazing! Had some minor issues with the AC but was able to fix it. Definitely recommend it!

Great stay near the ocean. Can’t go wrong.

Me gusto much, solo un detalle el cuarto tenía una pequeña cocina pero si la utilizábamos nos dijeron que nos cobrarían cargo .

Location

I liked the location because the hotel was across the street from a church. It was also walkable from the mall.

Location was fine. Property was not run out . Limited food options

My room was very nice services was good. Friendly staff, food was good. One thing thats missing is a ATM machine

Property was very nice. Most staff were very friendly. Did not like the pushy salespeople in the lobby or near the pool Rooms were clean. Beds were very uncomfortable. No microwave.Food was bland most of the week.

I was told they have a beach and that wasn’t true Food was just terrible. Staff members were rude, but the worst was the guys at the bar. I would not recommend this place at all. Cancun is amazing but look for another options, they have plenty over there

This is a great value resort. Small but it has everything. Beach is small and rocky by boats, not the best but pool area and sunbathing is great. Super price

They wouldn’t let us check in. they said they didn’t have a reservation for us I showed the itinerary number and they still would not let us check in totally ripped us off and I expect a refund from Orbitz

To begin with the good- the room was actually very spacious and beautiful. The housekeeper Silvana was a gem and kept it extremely clean and orderly. However, that’s as far as compliments for this place goes. Nothing make ups for horribleness of this hotel. Nowhere in the package do they list that you cannot have visitors/friends over. I specifically bought a suite with a lot of space just so that the friends I travelled with could come hang out and a woman at the front immediately said no visitors and even glared at my friends. The food choices where laughable and you can only get drinks from a sweltering lobby bar only open after 5p or in the actual pool. The TV was a joke. 13 antenna channels and not one was in English, some of them didn’t even work or went in and out. The beach water was full of seaweed and not worth even taking a picture of. There was a day I went to use my iron not knowing it was cracked, only for it to leak water everywhere. I almost slipped and fell. I bought it down to explain what happened and all they did was look at me, smile, and take it in the back leaving me at the desk. No apology or an offer to replace it. All in all, I felt like I was robbed. I will never stay here ever again and will never recommend it to anyone. Go next door to the Ocean Spa Hotel which paid to use their facilities instead and be with my friends. That place was friendly, professional, and beautifully maintained. Again don’t waste your money.

Love service and the total package of all inclusive worth the cost.

A nightmare! While in the lobby waiting for a cab, my wallet was stolen out of my tablet case. My husband and I were both distracted by a man and woman while a third person opened the case and took out my wallet containing my IDs, credit cards and money. The case was on the sofa next to my husband but the man distracting him had him turn his attention away from the case. The security camera in the lobby was only to watch the clerks behind the reception desk so they would't steal money from the hotel so was not helpful in identifying the thieves. . The lobby was open to the street and the security guards did not notice that the 3 people were not guests. The buffet in the restaurant was okay. The staff was friendly but could do nothing about the robbery but advise us to go to the police station.

El check out es muy temprano. Un poco más de atención al cliente.
