From uncleanliness to unprofessionalism, I’m stuck between the foul smell from the hallways leading into the room. Initially, wasn’t given the room I had chosen and to top it off, was cold all night. It was so un welcoming and dull in there. The beds were too small and had torn bedsheets on them. Worst experience ever

Our first room seemed clean at first look. Was run down and in need of Reno's but not bad. We woke up to bed BUGS. So gross!! Got moved to a different room that was in the same condition as the first but seemed to be bug free. Breakfast was minimal-in need of some simple additions like yogurt and bananas. Was disappointed all the hotel management would do for our gross inconvenience was a $25 deduction to one night. STAY ELSEWHERE!!

Not worth your money.
So we were in Calgary for my wife's MRI for a herniated disc in her back. So sleep is a big part of fighting and maintaining the inflammation. To say the least we where unable to get any sleep because of loud drunk people yelling in the halls and slamming doors all night. Both beds were sacked right out,1 Bed had pet hair on it that did not belong to our dog. When my wife spoke to the people incharge at the front desk about the noise, her complaints fell on def-ears. They should not advertise as having separate entrances for each room when they don't, they have them all blocked off because of high crime.We will definitely not be staying here again.

Didn’t care for the false fire alarm going off at 2:10am Found other accommodations that are much nicer for cheaper in a better part of town. Shower head 12” too low and I’m only 5’8”. Some kind of bugs seen in bathroom. No power outlets for vehicle. Bathroom way out dated.
