There was an issue with another customer that caused a lot of havoc in the hotel tonight. Fire Alarm being pulled, screaming down the halls, and no response from reception. They ended up dealing with the issue at around 3am, but just made us absolutely exhausted.

King black hair in bed and on towels. Room wasn’t cleaned. Toothpaste and soap residue all over sink. Ketchup drops on tv stand. No breakfast when it said it was included. Smelled of marijuana and cigarettes in the hall.

Pulled up in Uber to see people smoking out of glass pipes, should have left right then. Went in lobby where a guest was being checked in that could barely stand up was wavering and not making any sense. Check in was quick got in elevator girl in elevator told me to check my room theirs was dirty when they checked in. Got to room pulled back sheets they were dirty, unwashed with excrement and blood, hair everywhere. Went to lobby got a new room, room was DIRTY vacuum cleaner was just hanging out in the room no toilet paper or towels bed wasn't made garbage on floor and counters. Went back to lobby he put me in an upgraded suite for "no charge" ( I would hope he wouldn't charge me for an upgrade when the only reason I needed one was the cleanliness of the rooms) the suite was cleaner than the other rooms the sheets appeared to have been washed. But I honestly can't confirm. The bathroom is dirty, looks like it was a fast surface clean. they either don't have housekeeping or the management has such low standards the housekeeping dept is allowed to not do their job. Lady upon check out seemed sympathetic but all the reviews say the same stop apologizing and start washing your sheets and cleaning the rooms to Canadian standards. And get the drug addicts out of the parking lot lobby and hallways.
