Disgusting!
Very outdated, lots of cosmetic issues and the linens were very stained
Very dated. Staff was nice but very disorganized. Good location for what I had to do.
They have bugs and roaches
the smoke detector sounded every time, there was nowhere to put the garbage, the remote control for the tv had no batteries, we stayed for two days and they did not do maintenance
I didn't like that I couldn't even check in. Their computers were down they wouldn't check us in we still fighting to get my money back and we had to rent another hotel room and at 2:00 in the morning
This property was under a roof renovation and the staff was not very friendly. Rooms were tiny and dirty, not enough towels. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
There was no shower curtain in our room. The toilet was filthy, and looked like no one cleaned it in a while. If it wasn’t for there were no rooms available elsewhere, and Ride for Roswell (a bike ride charity event for Roswell Park), I would’ve never stayed there. I never had an issue there before, but somehow this time, I got the “we don’t have anything else left” room …..and for $300 for the two nights was RIDICULOUS! My buddy said something but nothing was done about it.
Nothing it was awful. First room I was in bed sheets were dirty. Staff was very incompetent.
Very quick and easy check-in considering it it was 1 o’clock in the morning and the lady at the front desk was awesome I accidentally left my phone in there so when I called it to see where it was she walked it outside to me I thought that was very kind of her!
Nice location, bed was great, shower was nice, free coffee in the lobby,
It was just fine for the price. Not perfect....there was no way to control the AC or fan and the place could use a "deep clean", but the basics (linens, towels, tub, toilet all.seemed adequately clean). Sink had toothpaste splatters not wiped up. Comfy bed, decent linens. Friendly and helpful staff. It more than met my expectations. The area was quiet, that's a huge plus. 5 points for staff and quiet!
After reading such positive reviews, the point/price value, proximity to the university and the need for an overnight bed - my wife chose this motel. The old adage “you get what you pay for” holds true here. The “upgraded” room with a few snacks and better bed linens were ok but it made her think - what were the lower priced rooms like. The one glaringly obvious disappointment was the partially cleaned bathroom. This is a pet friendly motel, the same mop that was used to mop the bathroom floor was used to mop the toilet - dog hair all over it. Corners had debris/dirt in them, above the sink on a frame had black/gray mildew right across it, toilet seat underside was dirty. (You get the idea) Overall poor impression. After settling in, the front desk called to see if everything was to her satisfaction, she said no, they offered to come and clean it or change rooms, but she was already in bed resting after a long day.
