Everything seemed clean and staff was friendly
When we arrived the rooms were dirty with bad odor and the receptionist very rude after we add a complain through Orbitz the second day when we came back from our trip the rooms were totally different. They would have had a good review from me if they would receive us the first day as they did the second. Good location and they’re not serving breakfast even when in all their websites offers it
15 minutes from the Falls, 15 minutes from downtown Buffalo. Clean and comfortable. Fine for me to sleep at night.
Very pleasant and peaceful stay, the staff is very courteous and professional. The room was spectacular, very clean, firm mattress, and a mini kitchenette with plenty of cabinet space for an extended stay.

The hotel locates at Niagara Falls Blvd, with a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. This hotel has a large yard. So it is easy to park my car and walk around after dinner. It is comfortable stay.

Rooms where being upgraded with new carpets and mattress. Room had very bad oder which I contributed to the new cheep rugs. No coffee pot in room. Room was clean, and the motel is pet friendly. The pay for the pet was very resonable. For a cheep room rate and a one night stay we were very satified with the room. We went to Niagera Falls, the discription of the motel on the internet could have encluded that the motel was about 20 to 30 min. from the Falls.
