Run down property with worst customer service. Gave us a wrong key card & since she said theyre “fully booked” she had to place as all the way to the end. My husband has to go back to get the right key & refuse to just hand it to us in front of the room. We had a lot of stuff, cranky kids & tired human body from walking the whole day. She didnt have the etiquette to apologize or compromise to our inconvenience.

My stay at this location wasn’t but wasn’t good either, the hotel itself seems to be in the middle of remodel (I think) would I stay there again, more likely yes then no, but it’s not my first choice. Room had a lot little challenges, the AC was not working, many outlets not working, lights we some challenges. The hotel unfortunately is very dated, but still has potential the style of the hotel is unique, very solid vibe but needs a lot of TLC

This hotel has been through some ownership changes and still under renovation. The rooms are clean, but the property is not maintained well. They do not have enough linens for the room. I had to request multiple times. No security, people were fighting outside in the middle of the night and it did not stop until they were finished. I don’t plan on staying here again.
