Beautiful hotel. The rooms are the nicest I have seen in any hotel. But the room I was staying in smelled musty and like a wet dog which cleaning staff tried cover up with large quantities of air freshener spray which left the room with a nostril stinging level of perfume which did not help the dog kennel odor. I was not able to change to a better room. The staff kept claiming the hotel was full. I checked out early instead, but suffered for two nights. The hotel also had trouble with their heating systems. Some of the rooms had heaters pushing out cold air no matter what the thermostat was set to or how long you wait. All the rooms I saw were cold because the air conditioning was left on. The front desk said the cleaning staff like to do that for some reason. I also had some cash and flash drives stolen from the room when I went out. The flash drives contained valuable data. The microwave oven was also broken.

This has been my favorite hotel in Bozeman since it opened. While the staff, cleanliness, and room quality are still excellent, the additional nightly charge for parking (in an area where there is limited street parking and ample parking lot space) is a little ridiculous. I am still a big fan of the property, but will be taking my business elsewhere where accommodations are more reasonable for the price point.

The man who checked us in was very friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean and new. The breakfast was disappointing and the coffee was extremely weak. Decent coffee can make up for a poor breakfast. We would stay there again, though.

Love reading and leaving reviews… well traveled.
Had ask for toilet paper in the lobby restrooms, had to ask for cup sleeves for the hot drinks, breakfast area needs better cleanling, garbage was always full inside and outside of hotel. Our room was quiet, clean, comfortable, updated and we loved our stay except for the attention to small details which probably no one else would notice.
