The staff was incredibly professional, kind, helpful, and very responsive. Love the location close to Casa Battlo with tons of shopping, restaurants, cafes, and bars! Would absolutely stay here again.

Great place to stay in the heart of the city
Excellent location and a great place to stay in the centre of Barcelona. The rooms only have one temperature setting - though opening the windows can help with cooling down - and the pool is far too small for any swimming - though nice for an outdoor cooling soak - however, the quality of the place and the friendliness of the staff make it a place worth revisiting on a return trip.

LOCATION, Location!!
Location: you are in the heart of Madrid. Location is amazing for shopping lovers and people that enjoy touring around. Restaurants, Zara, famous attractions are all within walk distance so you definitely get a good deal for the price for location. Cleanliness: not the cleanest hotel we’ve stayed. There’s carpets in the room and ours were very stained and felt dirty. Bathrooms are outdated and don’t have fan on so it’s just inconvenient. Bed/ comfort: bed is amazing and surprisingly super comfortable Breakfast was VERYGOOD and I think we paid 19$ euro per person which was a good deal For us. Huge selection of food, deli meat and jam, and bakery! Staff was friendly and helpful! Environment: Hotel is really beautiful on the common areas. It feels like a palace the stairs you walk on! Just the rooms need some attention and love.
