It was close to the hospital (walking distance) which was ideal for us but quite a seedy area. Not great for families. They didn’t clean our room until after 6pm on two days of the five we were there. Staff were friendly. It was fine but we will probably not stay there again.

I always stay here when the rooms are on special. Become a member to get best rates! The room service is 24hrs. and the food is GREAT! Another perk is they offer free tuk tuk service to nearby locations. Very easy and convenient hotel.
Excellent hotel, loved the fact it had it own laundry facilities onsite (a bit expensive a 90 baht a wash tho), decent gym and nice small pool. Good location. Highly recommended.
I was happy with my stay. Noise from outside nightclubs was there but not enough to mess up my sleep. Property is well maintained and is great value for an affordable price. Short walk from a 7/11 and BTS station. Would stay again.

As shared earlier this was a one off case where urgent maintenance work had to be carried and the pool had to be closed . As we prioritize our guest safety above everything else the management took to the decision to close the pool on immediate basis; additionally notice was put on all channels immediately and information was proactively shared with all in house guests and with all guests checking into the hotel. During this period alternative arrangements at our other Citadines Sukhumvit Hotels were made along with Tuk Tuk transfers for all our guests. We do hope you were able to enjoy these services, and would again like to thank you for your patience and understanding on this matter.we regret to learn of your negative experience during your recent stay and we sincerely wish to apologize for the discomfort and inconvenience.
