Downtown Atlanta hotel gets a thumbs down
Our stay would have been a lot better with a few small improvements. We had a party of 4 and were given 2 towels & 2 room keys. We had difficulty with finding housekeeping to get us additional towels. The sink in our room didn’t drain well. The hotel was called pet friendly but if you bring a pet it’s $100. Parking was expensive ($45/car for overnight). The dog park was pitiful so we walked outside. The breakfast buffet in the morning was 100% out of to-go cups. We talked to the staff, they said they had none to put out for us. All in all, we felt inconvenienced & up-charged. It was beautiful but it wasn’t a hotel that I would ever use again for a night in Atlanta

Nice hotel but disorganized
Parking was confusing. They couldn’t find my reservation. When they finally did the room they gave me hadn’t been cleaned. They didn’t have anymore of the room I paid for so had to settle for 2 queens. Front desk was nice and help though.

Upon checking in, the staff was great! However, the WiFi and tv did not work. So we moved to another room. Once unpacking we noticed the room never cooled off and it was hotter than the hallway.. the air

The furniture and decor had several stains. The couch had several stains, the curtains had stains, the sink cabinet was broken and hanging on the floor, the carpet was filled with stains! The bathroom floor was barely swept it was just shocking! The service was horrible the bartender was rude, the breakfast cook was extremely rude I would never go back even if it was free! and parking is $50 and its not valet parking!

The hotel offers a drink and snack for guests every day during happy hour. Great thought but The snacks were the same daily and on our last evening had no staff so they put out cheese, meat and crackers only because as we were told, they didn’t want to waste it. They also wouldn’t offer any drinks despite advertising they do it. When checking in, we were not advised we had to ask for housekeeping so the first day after returning, nothing was done. When we called, we were told maybe they could bring towels but it never happened. Not were beds made and they refused to send anyone. After that we asked but came back more than once and nothing was done. We had to call repeatedly for this service. For breakfast, food was being pulled and doors closed on some days already 15 minutes prior to when breakfast is posted to last. All in all, good location, nice hotel, service is lacking.
