Everything was great! The staff greeted us with a smile, the beds were comfortable, and the location was peaceful. The only I didn’t care for that the hotel only had one microwave and it was on the 5th floor at the very end of a hallway in a corner.
Our room was clean and quiet. Nice step-in shower. King bed was SO comfy.

Unfortunately, the property does not match the 4 star rating that it has on Orbitz.com. Once I arrived to the hotel, I immediately could tell that the property is more of 2.5-3star at best. First room had an old smell to it, stained covers and tub did not drain. They hotel offered us a second room, although the second room we moved to was better, it was was still a bit dirty with trash on the floor. Not a bad hotel, but if you’re someone that has higher standards and is use to staying in true 4 star hotels than you will be disappointed by choosing this hotel.
Your front desk staff, maintenance, food service staff members were all very friendly, courteous, welcoming. My only comment would be on the $20 breakfast buffet. It's not New York city. $20 for breakfast would be with station attendants(made to order). $9.95 for what it was and you would have 10 fold the guests utilizing.
The hotel was nice, clean, and close to everything I needed to do.
There is no microwave, and the sink drained very slowly.

No house keeping. When I asked for new towels, the man at the front desk told me to physically bring down all my dirty towels and only then will he switch them out. Never had to do that in my entire life at a hotel. Terribly disappointing.
