We enjoyed our stay! Our grandson loved the pool and all the staff were very helpful. The facility was clean and inviting. We had to leave early on the day we checked out and the staff encouraged us to eat breakfast and gave us takeout plates. Highly recommend this location!
Properties that are going to shower dispenser shampoo, conditioner and body wash are now deemed slackers and lazy. 2nd time in a month that shampoo was empty, trash wrapper on my rooms couch, lime restricted water flow and this is a new hotel. B'fast lady was awesome. ..got me an early waffle. If only every emp loved her job as much.

Parking lot was extremely well lit. Guest services was kind and helpful for extras in our room. No microwave in our room so that was a small inconvenience but there was one we used in the cafeteria area. Pretty relaxing modern feel.
Would not stay here again. First thing I noticed upon entering the hotel was a sewage smell. Obviously a drain line or something is exposed somewhere here and you can smell it on the whole ground floor near the the elevators especially. The hotel looks modern but it is poorly designed and insulated and the acoustics are terrible. We could hear the people above us and the people to the side of us. I complained to the front desk and asked if we could be moved to another room, but was told the hotel was "completely full" and they would call the other residents to be quiet. About 45 minutes things quieted down and we finally got some sleep, but it was not a pleasant or restful stay. Was glad to check out first thing in the morning. This hotel is on the far west end of town, so the view is an empty field.
Room was as booked. Heavy winds were casing loud sounds from the AC. 1. Complaint was addressed within 15 minutes. Technician checked it again after a few hours and then the manager left a note. Excellent work. 2. A Printout needed was quickly printed at 11pm cst (Rebecca). Very helpful staff. 3. Even at breakfast, the staff was very helpful and friendly (don't know his name). Overall a nice hotel enhanced by its excellent front desk staff, all four that I interacted with. They make you feel very welcome.
