I made the reservation at 11:00 pm I arrive at the hotel at 11:20 pm. And the doors wore close nobody at the front desk they close at 11:00 pm. I don’t understand that no one was at the hotel the front door to the lobby and reception was close they just left and no one to help. I’m going to call you guys and request a refund
The room was clean, had what we needed, and comfortable. The front desk employee was very helpful and accommodating with requests to be on the first floor due to things we needed to bring in and not leave in the vehicle in the heat. I would definitely stay here again!

Great for a quick stop
No elevator and they wanted to charge an upgrade so we didn’t have to carry our luggage up to the second floor. We are in our 70s. Sloppy housekeeping and inconvenient access to amenities. Breakfast did not offer any meat protein like the bays inn in Rolla Mousouri which was the exact opposite of this place.
Such a great experience. At this price point you can’t find a better place to stay. The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. The front desk girl was so kind and welcoming. Will definitely be staying here again on future trips.

The room was clean and roomy. King bed was very comfortable. Only negative is they don't have an elevator, and we requested 2nd. floor. However, the front desk clerk helped us carry our belongings, so very nice of her. We had a pet with us, too. We would definitely stay again, even knowing there's not an elevator.
Room was clean. Interior halls, dining area and lobby appeared to be clean. Could barely see out window as it was filthy. Expired food in lobby (yogurt). One piece of fruit available and it was a visibly rotted apple. Extremely noisy outside until close to midnight. Dinise (correct spelling), front desk, was very nice at check-in
