Charged more than the agreed upon amount due to hidden "fees". Forced "resort fee" with worthless "perks." Front desk was frequently backed up and bell hop frequently absent.

I liked the complimentary drink at the bar each day I stayed. There were no unpleasant surprises.

The staff was super great, really kind and helpful. It was a solid, good hotel. The only con is we had issues with lights or the balcony window but it seemed to be mostly due to near by construction.

We had planned on only needing a king size bed, and the hotel was very accommodating when we arrive to give us two queens since our daughter decided to join us. We were very pleased with how we were treated on site with all the staff and the bartenders at the bar.

We spent 6 nights in Summer and the hotel was wonderful. The rooms where quite big, especially for New York standards!
