Stay was good .. room was good. But the staff were not accommodative at all

Location is great, our corner room was great, spacious, large bathroom, dinner and breakfast was excellent, valet parking was also great, convenient, our vehicle was ready within minutes when needed. We enjoyed our 2 days there and will return often.

Another excellent stay!

The room was as advertised, clean and spacious. The gym was good, but some of the equipment needs repair. We started to go to the rooftop lounge, but the elevator lobby was dirty, the restroom was out of order, and there was trash in the chair lift. A very unappealing destination.

it was a nice property room cleaned but under construction we traveled with two seniors one in a wheelchair and it was a major inconvenience for the staff was very accommodating

The double room was large, with up-to-date amenities. The breakfast was okay. It's a great location for that side of town.

Rooms should be updated for new electronics. Lamps had bulbs burned out and TV did not always work.

Beware of hidden fees! We were surprised upon checkout to discover a daily $43 Amenity Fee. What amenities?! I saw/experienced none.

I did have to request a pillow twice and there are no in and out privileges on parking. Otherwise staff and facilities were awesome.

Would not stay here again. Not sure I will book through Expedia again as there is no way to troubleshoot.

There was roaches. The lights didn’t work and the bathroom handle kept coming off. I was told there was nothing they could do. It was disgusting for almost $400 for one night

Great hotel. It just needs a few touch ups. Room window had a large area of splatter on the exterior. Floors in the room were scratched and peeling.

This is the only hotel I stay in when I come to NYC. Everyone there is amazing!

Excellent hotel in a great location. The rooms are spacious & super king beds which were very comfortable. High end toiletries & quality towels. There is an excellent bar & restaurant in the hotel. Manager’s wine hour is a bonus! Highly recommended

Okay room, poor amenities and quality for a Kimpton Hotel property

The hotel was very clean and the room was spacious. Stayed on the 7th floor. The sunrise was beautiful. They have breakfast tokens which works great for a coffee and bagel or croissant. They also have free rides within ~5 mile radius.

Everyone was very kind from the valet to the bar tenders. The pools area was clean and, easy to get to. The location of the hotel was perfect! We walked everywhere.

The hotel is absolutely stunning! Wonderful staff. Terrific food. Loved that it’s away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, but can easily hop on and off the shuttle to get to town. So handy :) I would absolutely return here.
