The hotel was very clean, staff was helpful and polite. There is a very nice restaurant in the hotel as well. We were able to walk to many attractions within a couple miles.

Even though the State Street bridge is closed this hotel is an easy walk to many bus stops and to the Loop itself. Very friendly staff, spacious rooms, decent breakfast, daily happy hour, and good linens. A good value!

Excellent stay, very clean spacious rooms. Location is great - close to everything. Only downfall was the bathroom, very tiny with a pedestal sink right next to the toilet, not great for women who need to get ready.

It would be nice to know if a luxury hotel is under renovation BEFORE making reservations. Was notified by the hotel that the lobby was being renovated after a non-refundable reservation. All the main attractions of the city are no more than 10 minute walking distance. Staff was very informative and accommodating. Eateries nearby underground tunnel access nearby. Toyota center, Daikin Park.

The only thing I didn't like in my room was the bathroom light, extremely bright and no dimmer. I also didn't like the taste of the coffee in my room or at Cassis restaurant, but I like tasty strong coffee. A bath robe and slippers would be appreciated.
