The resort was really nice but they definitely nickeled and dimed you out of everything. Luau was wayyyyy over priced and for what we pay to stay at the resort they should have a shuttle that picks you up from the airport and takes you. I would have liked the pool to be a little cleaner, and the Jacuzzi to be a bit hotter. otherwise very relaxing and the staff was very responsive.

Very close to downtown Kona. Probably walkable but an easy short drive. Hotel itself doesn't have food or drinks onsite so you will have to drive or Doordash. Great place to stay with family. Clean and accommodations were great. Only minor issue was the garage was bit too small for our minivan but we parked outside which worked out better. We also frequented a market nearby which was great. Highly recommend.

The property is close to amazing beaches and shopping. So quiet and safe. Pool is beautiful! I will be back!!!!!

Management will downgrade your room if it serves what they want to do for other higher-paying guests. Stay elsewhere.

It would be nice to have a porter overnight in case of emergency or sometching like that. There was no one there when I arriever and I was struggling with finding my accomodation, and no one to help
