San Francisco International Airport is located right off Bayshore Freeway, only about 20 minutes from downtown San Francisco. The simplest way to get to the airport is to drive your own car, or ride the Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) train. The BART system is a useful way to get to and from the airport, and the tickets cost under $10, which makes it the least expensive choice.

Other parking options include short-term parking, which is $36 a day, and a daily parking lot, which costs $28 per day.
