The staff at the pool/Lemon Grass was amazing...Manuel was the best if you visit make sure you sit in his section, if you cant get Manuel Alberto was also great!!! Kevin at Insu Sky Lounge provided excellent service..I cant say enough about all the staff the were amazing

We have been to the hotel many times because of the level of service this paradise gives the guests. These people are not only the nicest staff I have ever met they are some of the nicest humans. I want to call out Ivan who is a brilliant wonderful member of your team. He is perfect in every way and makes our whole trip. He goes above and beyond to make sure we are having a good time and looks for us each day to make sure that we are okay. Next Luis. Luis is just the nicest person in the world. I cannot even stand up without him checking if I need something. He is also a brilliant and kind member of your team and makes our time so special. Next Juan Carlos. This man is just exceptional and caters to every need. He gives better service than we have ever received and we have been to the best hotels in the world. Yet no service compares to this amazing man. Lastly Alfonso is our absolute favorite. Every time we come to the hotel this amazing person welcomes us and acts like a friend. Actually he has become a friend because of his kind nature . He is phenomenal and anyone what even be lucky enough to even know him. The management should know that this kind of service makes our trip and is the reason why we would never even think of staying anywhere else. Thank you for choosing such exceptional human beings to work at your beautiful hotel. You must be incredible at your job too because you are training the absolute best staff in the world. Actually every staff is amazing

This is our second year in a row here and we absolutely love this place! Especially if you have children! They are so great with them. Do yourself a favor and check this place out for yourself!

Beautiful lush tropical grounds, and our king suite was large, well appointed and very comfortable with an excellent ocean view (which of course we paid for). Upon check in, be aware they’ll try to book you for the standard “timeshare” presentation. In addition, our tower 4, 2nd floor room was right across from a major construction improvement, which I only wish we’d have been made aware of, as it made siesta quiet nap afternoons impossible. I’m sure we wouldn’t be the only ones to point out that the main pool loungers are woefully inadequate, leaving more spots for “member owners” only. The daily buffet selection and staff were top notch, as well as the two reservation-only dinner restaurants. This place is truly a paradise, with a wonderfully walkable shoreline and beach location.
