Small boutique hotel, work nice sized comfortable rooms, conveniently located to gran via, metro stops and walkable to tourist attractions. Great breakfast buffet as well. Second time staying there, and would definitely return.

It’s very quiet, lovely decor, friendly check in. I don’t like bathroom integrated into the room. Shower and toilet are very close together, tiny area. I would have preferred a door on the bathroom area. This is a jr suite but no sofa like in the photo and very small desk- not easy to work at.

Excellent hotel in a great location. Walkable to the main attractions and a number of train stations for convenience. Plenty of nightlife around. The room cleaning service was very attentive and extremely good. Very comfortable rooms and beds. Wi-Fi was very reliable. Stayed 10 days and would stay again. Rooms are hooked up with cool Bluetooth sound systems to play your music or Zoom calls and tv allows Netflix casting from phone. There is a few stragglers around the alleyways but I had no issues. Unfortunately in big cities even Madrid you will find homelessness. I felt safe. The least homeless is probably in Salamanca near retiro park for upscale location. This area is more trendy and lots of local flavor and tourism.
