He is bi-lingual and is a fantastic representative of this hotel, this industry, the City and State of Queretaro, and Mexico. We have stayed in hotels around the globe and General Manager Carlos and his staff are truly outstanding. He is an outstanding manager and leader of this splendid hotel. He is very knowledgeable about the area and is one who can find answers his clients ask if he does not know. The grounds of the hotel are a serene oasis in the midst of the momentum of urban Queretaro. The lush green grounds, huge green trees and luscious bouganvillas bursting with color are a welcome atmosphere after a day doing business or sightseeing or  when relaxing around the gorgeous pool or with friends, colleagues or family. The groundskeepers are superb caretakers of this lush green oasis. The maid staff are phenomenal. Room service is prompt and polite and the quality of the food is delicious!!! If you are an English speaker, ask for Diego in the restaurant. He is a fantastic young man and a splendid employee.

There are many kinds of foods and deliciouse for Breakfast. I used to stay so many times with Hotel Mirage several years ago and I'm grad that they are keeping good quality of foods and service.
