Beach cottage getaway
We stayed on the first floor of this cute property. Loved the beachy vibes of the interior as well as the flowers around the pergola in the front yard surrounding the fire pit. It is an older home with charming character. The location is perfect to catch the beautiful sunrise and lay on the amazing beach just a few steps away. The house was spotless when we arrived.

New Favorite Beach Stay
We loved this little "beach shack". It was charming, clean and the location cannot be beat. It was the perfect low-key property for us. They had a couple of beach chairs and boogie boards that were super helpful. Next time we wont bring our own - saves on car space. We met the owners and they were super nice and wanted to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Loved the outdoor living spaces and location most! We will definitely be back.

Great spot
This is our second trip here to one of the last cozy beach cottages this close to the ocean. It’s a great choice for a couple or family with small children. (A little tight for our family w/ four adult kids) the kitchen was well equipped (although there is not a dishwasher fyi. It’s only steps from the beach and has a European flair. My only complaint is that for similar priced properties where we have stayed, we had more basics provided. The rental company that manages left no soap, no trash bags, and one roll of toilet paper for the week. they do tell you to bring these items in an email that you receive the day before. (there was one dishwasher pod lol). Master bedroom bed was very comfy and towels were fluffy. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Beach Staycation
This property was the perfect setup for our beach staycation. We’re locals, so we knew all the spots we wanted to visit while here. It is a great example of not needing to be too fancy/ pretentious to still create a cozy, all-you-need bungalow! We will definitely be back!

Location!
We stayed for several days. Prime location to the beach. Short walk and is close to the pier. The beach is so nice and great for kids. Our only challenge was the foam mattresses on the main bed and twins. They were a little hard. With that said, I will book this again!!

Amazing - 6 Stars
The listing does not do this place justice. There is everything you could possibly need here. You have a private outdoor space that is only accessible from the basement unit. Full kitchen. Spacious living room. Amazing couch. And you are about half a block from the beach, and the main beach bars and restaurants are just a quick walk. We will be back for sure!

Super Location - Super Quiet
This is a great place to stay and we would stay here again. Super quiet street, easy and quick access to ocean, simple, clean space with easy furnishings. Front yard is fully fenced and has good seating; back yard is fully fenced and has great seating. Very private. great for our two dogs. Great price for location and space. Thank you!

Center of it all!
We had such a great stay at Stella Mia (lower unit)! It’s just a short walk to the beach, pier, and beach shops, and the place is nicely decorated and cozy. We will definitely keep this place in mind to rent in the future!

Great beach Vacation
The living space was sparce. However, very clean with all the necessary amenities, wi fi, great beach access, de-humidifier, coffee maker, clean appliances. Bryant Realty did a nice job too! Parking in Wrightsville is no problem as long as you park in the correct places. Do Not Loose Your Pass! We had a marvelous time!

Easter with college daughters
This was a great place. Even though the weather did not cooperate, the place was great for a quick family visit. My college daughters go to school in the area and we met for Easter. Wilmington is a great area with many great restaurants and shopping. The house met all expectations.
