Good location in central gosford and affordable price. Also nice to have reception late on a sunday. Bathroom was clean. Good beds. Unfortunately the room was quite old and it smelled of old furniture/carpet which was noticeable as soon as we stepped in. Suitable if you need a cheap 1 night stay.

The staff were very friendly and went the extra mile to help. The room was renovated and in excellent condition. I loved the rain shower and decor throughout the room. I swam in the pool on the property and enjoyed that, however the pool area needs some TLC. I can see that section by section the motel is being renovated so maybe more to come including pool area. The only issue I had was that the room was not very soundproof to outside noise from other guests. I would definitely stay at Waterview again and recommend this nice place to all travellers.

Loved that there was a guest shared kitchen. We had our grandkids with us and it was raining. The kitchen was roomy with a tv & we could cook our own dinner. In walking distance to the train station. Very clean, friendly helpful staff. Highly recommended!!
