Staff was great. Very quiet. Only a few things i didnt like. No phone in the room and no coffee pot. Also no shampoo. Also there was a man with a dog with zero leash walking in and out. I had my dog so that felt unsafe. Bathroom lighting was messed up as well. my dog

Facility was under continuous renovation, including the room we were in. Door jammed, carpwt was rolling up in areas. Ceiling tiles were falling down.

Unsanitary very disgusting awful place to stay! First room was not cleaned and second room got moved to smell like smoke absolutely horrendous! I can’t believe they would even think about putting these rooms out to the public! Never stay here you will feel very unclean!! Very unacceptable

This place had damageds to doors and walls and it had stains on the curtains and holes in the sheets also the ac was and the stuff was labeled in sharpie and was wrong because i couldn’t change it!

No shampoo available. We didn't have any in our room and the front desk said they were completely out. This is unacceptable as one of the main reasons for a hotel room is to shower and sleep everything else is extra.

Told me my room was canceled upon arrival. Then said she reversed the cancellation and it was only for a single bed, I reserved a 2 queen beds, she changed it to 2 queen beds. Received a call about midnight asking if we were going to check in, I informed the guy on the phone that we already checked in and confirmed my room number. He said I wasn’t charged twice, but I actually have been, once through Expedia and once at the hotel. I am now requesting a refund and will stay somewhere else next time as this has become a hassle & a headache.

I have been here a few times with my bf. We have enjoyed our stay each time! Hot tub definitely sold us. I do wish there was a better view. But very convenient place. Do wish the kitchen was open, they had vending machines, and the front desk girls were a little more alert and attentive to customers.

If you need a room for a night or two, this will do. This place has so much potential but…well…it doesn’t get the foot traffic necessary to make the needed changes. The Pool is closed. The Gym is closed. The exterior doors need repairs. Trash debris is prevalent outside. My room was spacious which was a bonus. Also the windows open so that allows fresh air ventilation! That a bonus!!! Two Best Things about this place- THE STAFF are friendly. And…it’s overall quiet. For the price- it all makes sense.

Did not stay at this property after seeing the room. The door looked like it had been previously broken into, bed skirt had stains on it, there waa trash and a huge toenail on the floor, bathroom had a wet cigarette on the floor and tiles popped up when walking on them.
