Was about what one might expect from an addition on a farm house... The place is cooled by two in room air conditioners that are barely loud enough to drown out traffic from the nearby road. That might sound like a negative, but the pros of the location far outweigh the cons: it's close to a major road and several local hole-in-the-wall places; I drive a Tesla and there was a supercharger in any direction I wanted to go; there's an abundance of local parks, beaches, trails, shops, restaurants, etc... just a short drive away.
Cons to the stay: a startling lack of heavy curtains on the windows to the bedroom. The thin, gauzy drapes provided made me feel like someone driving by could get an eyeful of me and my girlfriend from the road. The water pressure was somewhat lacking; very few towels, hand towels, and washcloths.
Pros: Full kitchen, coffee pot, good internet. Was able to cook for myself and telework.
