A beautiful hotel. We only stayed one night but they were welcoming and friendly. The room was very nice. We went to the buffet dinner and it was outstanding! It was pretty much the only place we found that had a full vegetarian buffet!

No A/C and very small shower but still nice

The staff was great. You need to know to ask for a spot with a vehicle charger if you have an electric car. If it is hot out, you will be hot as there is no A/C. We did not leave the window open because of the concert outside and the sea gulls in the morning (would be too loud). The shower is very small. Breakfast is traditional and nice.

We greatly enjoyed our stay! It is convenient to shopping and restaurants and has a beautiful view of the harbour and mountains! Staff were courteous and helpful. The hotel is situated in the area you ideally want to be as a tourist visiting Tromso. Most excursions meetups are nearby, bus to/from the airport stops in front of the hotel, just a short walk to convenience stores and restaurants. They also offer tons of breakfast options catering to all kinds of dietary needs. Also, they’re bathroom floors are heated which is very nice to have for winter stays.
