We stayed 4 nights and were informed anyone staying more than 2 days would get room cleaning every other day. Sounded good to us. We put a do not disturb sign on our door for the second day we were there and were expecting our room to be cleaned on the 3rd day. We had no sign and left the room on that day but our room was not serviced. Our trash was overflowing and we had to get towels from a cleaning person we saw in the hall. It seems like they were only cleaning the rooms of guests checking out. Kind of disappointing. Also, when we first checked in, the woman at the front desk wasn’t very personable, and our keys didn’t work to the room. This was my second time staying here, and it seems things have declined since our first stay. I’ll probably stay elsewhere if I return.

Sleep Inn, great to work with! Hotels.com, not so

Sleep Inn was a solid and affordable option for Winter 4x4 Jamboree 2025. Will likely stay there again for 2026 Jamboree. I will book directly through the hotel rather than through hotels.com as hotels.com created an unneeded layer of complexity when I went to change my stay dates. Hotel management went above and beyond with trying to offer resolutions for the issue. Hotels.com layer was not of value for either party.

Worth every penny!

Very clean and spacious - stayed in a handicapped room by necessity. Excellent shower and bathroom facilities. Price was exceptional compared to other offerings. Would certainly book again!

Very impressive affordable hotel

The woman working the evening shift was super friendly and accommodating. Also, I loved that the hotel was pretty empty at the time of my stay so I was able to enjoy the fitness room, hot tub and even walking thru the lobby with little to no company. The place is constantly being cleaned and I was impressed at how modern and inviting the common areas were. Also, as far as complimentary breakfast buffets go at value hotels, this one was top notch! Definitely recommend!

Great place and location. Pool and hot tub was great after riding all day. Breakfast was good. Nice spot to go and take your side by side to hit the trails around sand hollow. They have parking for truck and trailer. Nice place!

I love that they offer beverages but the selection was limited nearly everytime I tried to get tea, no hot water multiple times during stay. I'd like to see a longer breakfast service period, as it gets too busy and guests can be aggressive/rude. I was excited to see laundry machines but the cost seemed high and cash was required, not able to charge to card on file for incidentals.
