From what we could tell, our room was clean but honestly, the rooms were so dark, who could tell? We had a suite with a separate bedroom. We moved all four lamps into the bedroom so we could kinda see in it. Even after a staff member brought us a slightly brighter bulb we still did not feel like we could relax in the room. I think it had as much to do with the color scheme (which looks good, btw) which absorbs so much light. We left after the 1st night of our 2 night stay. The property overall seemed nice but we could not enjoy it. Needs can lights and lighter wall paint.

This place really surprised me. Smooth easy check in and even had something going on that gave out free bottle beer and hot food right in the lobby ! Room was really clean. Towels were like new,beds were comfortable. Great stay.

This hotel had a large party of people, at least 50, in dining room across the hall from us. It started around 3;00 pm and ended very late. Party was loud, their children running and yelling up and down hallways and stairways on both the first and second floor even banging on our door. In the morning went to use the hot tub (the reason I booked this hotel) only to find it out of order. Staff told me the kids broke it. Worst experience in a hotel and we travel quite a bit.

The internet went out at the hotel and there were no way to complete business matters. The mattress on the bed was too hard and very hard to get good sleep.

Springfield Sightseeing Trip

The desk staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful with questions about the area. The room was clean and very comfortable. My husband has stayed at this hotel 2 other times and has been very pleased then as well. This is where we will stay anytime we are in Springfield.

Great, clean & friendly place to stay

I’ve stayed here multiple times over the last 7 years & it’s time to replace the couches- please. It doesn’t matter what room I stay in, those things are miserable, the cushions don’t fit or stay. You have the space in the rooms, put a cute little sectional in so families can eat a pizza or watch a movie. Overall the stay is always great, the staff is friendly, the rooms are clean & huge for the price, I can put my child to bed & stay up and read or watch tv without having to go to bed at 7:30. The pool is wonderful and we love the hot tub.
