Great customer service but uncomfortable bed.

Customer service was. Excellent! However, the king size bed was very uncomfortable. I didn’t sleep well and woke up with a noticeable back ache.

I actually booked at the wrong Hilton Garden. But to my surprise it was above expectations. Online pictures seem to be outdated. I gotta give a special shout out to Tim who works the front desk. He’s great! Top notch customer service. Be patient with him if and when it does get busy. He usually by himself. The hotel is quiet I felt safe especially being a solo traveler.

The phone in the room wasn’t working, to order room service or ask for a few things we left at home. Other than that, the renovations looked great and the lady that checked us in was very kind. We will definitely stay there again.

I stayed two nights. I asked for a room on the back side of the hotel.so I could watch my truck. Called and requested it and I arrived to check in and was given the wrong room. I finally got it straight. Then I left and returned late on the second night and the maid never cleaned my room or changed the sheets on the bed and I was not happy. So I complained about it to the front desk and I was told I should have ask for a cleaning on the second night.they need to hire someone to check the rooms and make sure the rooms are getting cleaned.

Staff was very nice, the issue is the remodeling. My shower door exploded, it was like a bomb went off. Got the typical night free and a few Hilton Points. The guys who installed the shower doors came into my room to see, I asked if it was them who did install they said yes. Just be careful when taking a shower with the remodel going on you might be in danger.
