Overall, everything was good. I only had a problem with not being able to order food to the room and things that was on the website saying that was in the room was not in the room available to us like water. I could’ve brought my water if I knew they wasn’t gonna have the water, but it said they have free water.

This is a great hotel waterpark option for families to get away. The waterpark is clean. Staff is friendly and it’s not too crowded. This is our second stay with them. We will definitely be back.

Amazing views, great amenities and the most wonderful and professional staff. Definitely going back. Was a little pricy in some aspects but not in a way that would be cause for a complaint. Definitely worth every penny.

Loved walking the Lake and the nearby shops. Unfortunately on a Sunday night not a lot of places are open. Breakfast closes at 8:30 AM on a Monday. Kind of disappointing.

I brought my baby for the first time to the water park, unfortunately the water was super cold, All the kids where walking around freezing, for the amount of money they charged they should warm up the pool for the lilttle ones
