The rooms are a good size and feel cozy. The decor is lovely to look at. The location is walking distance to the Catedral de Sevilla, Alcazar Real, many local restaurants, bars, and shops. The staff is very kind and helpful. One thing I didn't like was that the mattress was a bit too firm. If you are a back sleeper this may not be an issue for you. Additionally, the hotel had the heat running and the interior was nice and toasty, which was nice as it was chilly outside. The only issue is that we were unable to control the temperature in our rooms when it got to be too warm. We also experienced quite a bit of noise as the hotel was engaged in construction during the time of our stay. (Hopefully this won't be an issue for long.) I would definitely recommend this property due to its location and great staff.

Great location. The hotel is older but classic. The room is comfortable with some moorish touches. Staff is excellent. Location is very close to sights and attractions. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. This was a great deal.

This is an attractive hotel conveniently positioned and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There is little sound resistance between the rooms, and the rooms and the corridors and we were frequently disturbed by the comings and goings in the corridor and what sounded like furniture being shifted about on the tiled floors above. The AC in our room was set to heating only and was too warm for us, but with the windows open onto the light well the TV was often drowned out by the sound of the hand driers in the ground floor WCs and voices from below and other spaces opening onto the light well. There was only news channels in English, no English subtitles available on non-english channels and no facility to connect AV devices to watch anything else. The street outside comes to life in the evenings with lots of places to eat, drink and socialise and all-in-all we enjoyed our stay, but would choose a different hotel for us in the future.

We had a great stay here. The room was traditional elegance, lots of marble, wrought iron balconies (3 of them in our room!). They went above and beyond with extra amenities, like a fridge stocked with drinks at no charge, and a complimentary bottle of champagne on ice delivered to our room on New Years Eve. Large, fully functional bathroom. Great location, easy walk to all sights, very lively street. (Maybe request an interior room if you're a light sleeper.)

Great boutique hotel, close to main tourist sites, helpful front desk with great cookies. Clean, comfortable. Appreciated mini frigde and tea kettle. Try Nickel Burgers close by. Very walkable area. Excellent location for tourists
Excellent location for tourists. Walking distance from the cathedral, Alcázar, and one of the main tourist spots in Seville. Lots of tapas places, bars, and restaurants near the hotel. You can stay out till late in the night and can still just walk back to the hotel. Great service from the hotel. We had to check in early and we called them and they accommodated us promptly. The hotel has its own cafe as well. They also provided us with complimentary wine. One of the best hotels considering the price we have stayed in Europe. We could not recommend this more.
