A nice clean resort in a great location. Hard-working, friendly staff. Nice pool area. Air conditioning. Minimal English spoken by reception so no orientation to facilities e.g. beach club. No access to coffee.

This is a great hotel, close to everything from shopping to beaches. This is a slightly older hotel but still in beautiful shape and well kept. The staff are all wonderful and did everything they could to understand our very limited spanish. Our breakfast waitress helped teach us a new word almost every morning. We will definately go back.

A beautiful property. Rooms are very clean and quiet. The included breakfast is amazing, make sure to try the mollitas! The beach club is a great addition to this property so clean and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again.

The rooms are old and in need of some updates. The bathroom was horrible. No water pressure and old fixtures. The bed was comfortable and it had a good AC. The breakfast was big and lots of choices. The service was not very good. The staff worked very hard but they were not very attentive. It was difficult to get cream for coffee. Difficult to get hot tea. Difficult to get toast. They have an english and spanish menu.

Almost a 10, night clerk made it a 6
9/10 for the hotel in general, and the beach club! We truely only had one issue with our stay....the front desk evening/night manager! We asked for ice 7/7 nights. We only had ice brought to us on 2 nights, and that is only because the beach club manager spoke to the evening front desk staff and arranged it. The next evening front desk said yes he would bring it then didn't. So incredibly frustrating when I needed the ice for medication! This hotel is a hidden gem, the staff at the beach club is amazing (Victor & Abi especially), but the front desk night clerk left a disappointing experience. He was rude, and generally not caring about anything at all! A coffee maker in the room, or in a common area would have been a bonus!

Not satisfied with the crew they’re not professional and seems like they appreciate the tourist, I asked for a copy of my receipt when I did my checkout and they don’t even have a paper receptionist. We don’t have paper To print a receipt for you, The AC on the room was not working properly and the axis from the lobby to the room has way too many stairs. I was with a handicap woman, and it was no elevator, it was very uncomfortable and unsafe for this particular guess, I will not choose this hotel again in the future.

I liked the location and the fact that they have the boats right across the street, very convenient. Although facility is one of the very first ones in that area, bedrooms have enough space but the suite I stayed in didn’t have a closet. Parking is very limited in the main building, not super convenient.

This place is perfect! Next to the port at walking distance! The rooms were clean , AC works great! Breakfast included is great and so is the food at Bacaanda beach club! The area is quiet and convenient, walking distance to most places.

One thing I liked about this property was the location. It's in the Marina and Centro (main square) area. The hotel is old and at first sight it looked in good condition; however, it seemed that the AC, safe boxes, e-keys, were refurbished, They were constantly failing on us :( The hotel staff did their best to solve our issues and we were very thankful for their attempts to please us! Thank you!

I felt this property had good value for the nightly price. Price of drinks at the pool were atrocious but perhaps to keep the drink consumption down as it seems to be family orientated. The beach club down the street that is part of the hotel was nice and more reasonably priced for beverages. Service is always slower than one would like but expectation may be to high considering its just a different pace. Staff was good and considering I don't speak Spanish, they certainly try to understand what I think I am saying. But isn't that part of the reason we keep going back to Huatulco as its the most authentic place to be. We had trouble with the TV which took a couple requests but they did show up with a new one. The room was small with a king sized bed and the dresser was to large for the room making it crammed. Nice location to Bahai Santa Cruz beach, restaurant's, local market and other shopping. Overall average but no complaints, particularly when you remember that you are in one of the best parts of Mexico.
