"The view from the property was absolutely incredible—definitely one of the highlights of the stay. The beach is coral rather than sand, so water shoes are a must, but that also means the snorkeling is amazing, with plenty of fish and marine life to see just steps from the shore.The house itself had a great tropical vibe and was very clean and well-maintained. It felt secluded and peaceful, thanks to the surrounding trees and vegetation (which also helped block the ocean winds), but everything in town was just a short golf cart ride away—super convenient.The host was great—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The beds were a little firm for our taste, but the house came well-stocked with kitchen essentials, towels, linens, and even games, which was a nice touch."

"We had a fabulous stay at Boo’s place. The home is lovely, even better than it appears online, and truly has everything you could need. Check in was seamless. Tracy and Holly (house manager) were very attentive and helpful. We really enjoyed the kayaks and SUPs and we felt that the best deep water swimming on the island is right off the backyard. We saw starfish, rays and turtles while kayaking meters from the property. Also highly recommend Aquabliss for a boat trip. Thanks Tracy and Holly for a great vacation!"

"We took our college son and a friend for Spring Break. We were looking for a chill, on the water spot and this cottage was perfect. Our first trip to the island and we cannot wait to go back! Jaime arranged pickup from airport to dock, water taxi to Spanish Wells, hopped on a golf cart to the cottage. Everything was so easy and stress free. The cottage isn’t a luxury villa, but the cutest place right on the water. We spent a lot of time on the deck just watching sea life and enjoying the beautiful weather. Everything is a short golf cart ride away. We even grilled one night instead of going out. We also rented a boat for two days and that was wonderful! I can’t say enough great things about this place. The people are so friendly, very safe community, (I don’t think we ever locked the doors) no need for dolling up or dressy clothes. All the restaurants were fantastic. Food isn’t cheap, so be prepared for that. The villa has beach chairs, snorkel gear, cooler, everything we needed. We didn’t take advantage of the water sport equipment, but they have anything you would need. Kitchen was well equipped and washer and dryer was a nice plus. Jaime was very responsive and her daughter too. We will be back soon! "
