I love the location of the Oxford. It is centrally located to the freeway and most of not all shopping needs. This the second time that I have stayed at this property. The front desk agent, Ana rembered me from a previous visit in November. That is super important to me and deciding on future stays. My room request for a crib was there when we went in the room. I will always return to the Oxford when I come to Portland. Thank you for the wonderful customer service.

Driving into the area, we were a little nervous just because of how it looked. Once we drove onto the property, we felt a little better, and then once inside, we were completely reassured! This hotel was very beautiful(and decorated beautifully for the holidays!). The staff was so so nice(every single person!). The rooms were modern, clean and full of amenities. We enjoyed a complimentary bar drink(and enjoyed a couple more…)in their bar, and had 2 amazing desserts! My only complaints(and they aren’t that serious) were the hot tub wasn’t very clean, and the continental breakfast was very lackluster. Neither of those things would keep us from returning, however. A great stay for the money!

This is my second time staying at this particular Oxford suites. The gated parking is nice but the exit for the parking lot could be more clearly marked. Also the room does not have an ironing board or iron. Other than those two things, the stay was great and breakfast was wonderful.
