First week lots of problems no hot water in 1 bathroom pool heater not working!

Cheaply furnished. Had 5 guests and only 4 seats in the living room. Pots and pans not good.

Spacious with pool

Claudia was an excellent host. Everything was exactly as advertised. The pool was awesome. We were on our way home from Key west. Spent 2 evenings. Very cozy, clean and comfortable

Nice property, just needs some TLC.

The property had a few safety issues. A chair in the dining room had a loose leg and the pool needs to be resurfaced and the rail leading into the pool was very loose. I was unable to connect to the TV in the living room. I eventually had to use my own online accounts to stream tv in the living room. The sheets in the bedrooms were stained and I had to wash them before we could sleep in the beds. Also, the pool cues/sticks did not have tips. We had to go buy super glue to fix them so we could use the pool table. The property needs a serious cleaning from the dust on the lamps to the air vents in the bathrooms.

Nice place, great pool

Overall it was a lovely home. The kitchen garbage can should be replaced as the interior of the lid is rather gross. And the couch in the living room is very uncomfortable. Other than that the place was clean, well air conditioned and the pool was fantastic.

Quiet and relaxing

Claudia was amazing. House was what we expected, it’s an older home with older furniture. Ice maker does not work which was not a problem, there’s a store right down the road. Instructions for tvs need updating but it’s easy to figure out. Grill was brand new! Pool table, bicycles, and swimming pool got used the most! The pool is huge! Super quiet neighborhood! It was the perfect relaxing getaway without the fuss of crowds. Food we had nearby: Catches -delicious seafood Back Draughts Pizza -brick oven pizza and cannolis Would definitely stay here again!

Vacation

The house was perfect for our family of 8. The pool was a great size and was enjoyed by everyone. The owner was great and quick to respond. The refrigerator did freeze some of our items but other than that everything was great. There were plenty of dishes, blender, coffee pot, toaster, etc. I would suggest an umbrella or some kind of shade for the back patio around the pool.

Great vacation home!

This house is great if you have a larger family like mine. Very spacious and well equipped. The heated pool is a win all around and the pool table provided great entertainment. Claudia was a great host, quick to respond, and very friendly. Definite recommend this property and will stay here again when in the area.

Quiet get away

Perfect location. Away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to a number of beaches. Saw a baby alligator our second night there at the back fence. Awesome pool, perfect temp and size.

Wonderful vacation stay!

This property is a great place for a relaxing and fun filled vacation. The house is beautiful and clean with a spacious open air layout. The beautiful pool complete with lanai was a favorite place to gather to relax, swim and watch the gorgeous sunsets! The owners were attentive and very easy to work with. Looking forward to vacationing here again.

Very nice stay overall

We enjoyed our stay at Claudia’s house. We liked the setup with the big open room where we could all be together eating, watching TV, playing pool, games, and going in and out to the pool. Plenty of board games were provided and a couple pool floats as well and a volleyball. We saw bikes in the garage too! The house is at the back of a quiet neighborhood which looks a little scary at first driving in, but then you get to the back and it’s not bad. The house is along a small creek or channel, and view of a pond, but has a small yard fencing that in, so no direct access to those. We enjoyed the pool and sitting outside. We all thought the beds were not very comfortable and could use new mattresses or foam toppers. You are close to many restaurants and stores which is nice. Things guests should know: US19 is a traffic jam going down to Clearwater, so plan an hour each way for that sitting in traffic. Kitchen is stocked with bare necessities - it needs more baking pans, and bring salt to go with the peppers, and some baking spray. It would also be nice to have a house manual with instructions and local favorite attractions and restaurants as we’ve had in other rentals. This helps guests feel welcome and get acquainted with the house and area. :) Also know the neighbor has five dogs in a fenced yard and a couple are quite barky when they get let out a few times a day. However, we love dogs and they didn’t bother us. We talked to the guy about his dogs, and he was very nice. :)

Lovely property for long stay

Really great location for shopping; Aldi is .9 miles away, Dollar General and Home Depot are .6 miles, Dollar Tree, Bealls Outlet, Ross, and the Post Office are .5 miles (we walked to them). Super Walmart is 1.8 miles away. The Inn on the Gulf is a great restaurant in Hudson & reservations are recommended, even on weekdays. The neighborhood in general is very quiet and Route 19, while very close, is not an issue. The pool is wonderful and the pool area is idyllic. We would take it home with us if we could! Claudia is a wonderful host and responded quickly when we contacted her.

Excellent find in nice neighborhood

Property is spacious and very clean. Nicely appointed with gorgeous heated pool. Claudia was easy to communicate with. Was great to have access to the garage as well. Would highly recommend this property.

Very comfortable home.

Nice house in the suburbs of Port Richey. Fabulously comfortable beds and nice clean bed linen. Pool was great, our boys spent hours playing together in it. We did have some issues which were addressed immediately although further maintenance needed to be done eventually. Claudia was very helpful and attentive. We would stay there again.

Everything we needed

Thank you for a wonderful experience. The House was very clean and had everything we needed for weekend. Pool was nice and clean and even had float’s available in garage. They also have bikes to ride,pool table and games. The hosts were responsive and very helpful. Next time we head to Tampa We’re staying here.
