Clean quiet room with new furnishings Good Service

I was given a quiet room in the back away from the highway, The room was quiet with all new furniture as they are renovating the entire property. I was very pleased. However hard to find as the sign was Not illuminated, either burnt out or not on. I will stay here again.

We have stayed here multiple times and have been very pleased. This time they put us in one of the rooms that haven’t been updated yet. It wasn’t terrible but the rooms that have been updated are a lot nicer and cleaner

The room was clean but there were a lot of flies. TV didn't have good signal to watch certain channels. The bed worn out saggy, but I do understand it's under construction.

The bathroom faucet is TOO short, and all water goes on the vanity desk; flushing system in toilet is EXTREMELY noisy and needs to be replaced with something more quiet

Advertised that they had a pool but it was closed. One of the reasons we booked there was for the pool. Had to ring the doorbell to get on the lobby and sometimes nobody came. Needs a coffee maker in the rooms. It was comfortable and clean

The desk clerk was very nice, our dog was very welcomed for no fee, the price was very reasonable, and the motel is very conveniently located.

The building itself had construction areas that were unfinished. Every room had buckets outside of them catching water from the A/C units. The lamps were dim, the rug sticky. No ice machine but if you go to the front desk they will bring you a bag of ice, solidified into a block. When I arrived, the A/C was not on and my room was 90 degrees. I turned it on and it took about 2 hours to cook down. The A/C was so loud that I could not hear my phone or the TV over the din and it woke me every time it roared on during the night. This motel feels neglected and on the verge of collapse. I needed a simple, clean, safe motel to break up a long drive. I used to count on Motel 6 to provide that but this is my second rather awful experience with this chain. I do not think Expedia should list it as a good option.

The people in the front desk had a friendly service towards me and my boyfriend. The room and the bathroom that me and my boyfriend stay was clean and really organized when we have walked in there.

Bad experience

Arrived at almost 10pm, no one was at desk, had to wait. Was told no reservation was found, however had booked 5 months in advance. Showed them copy of the reservation receipt. Attendant just kept saying, no reservation no reservation...even flipped computer screen around at me to show nonreaervations. Asked if i had any other name. Was then told that hotel did not exist at time of reservation...not sure how I could reserve something that wasnt inbexistence. Finally had to ask "do you even have a room available?" Of which was finally told yes. When tried to check out at 739am office was locked. Tried to call office at number listed on door. Phone rang about 20 times then disconnected. Finally drive back to room and just left door key in it.

I didn’t like the constant in and out traffic at night as well as my children not being able to use the wifi from the inside of the room. I also had issues checking in; I was waiting almost 2 hours for the front desk and Expedia to figure out what the issue was.
