Less than perfect
Room was unsecured when we went to check in. TV did not work, just said no connection. It was late and didn't glwant to wait to get it fixed. Went to shower in the morning, not soap in the provided bottles. Tawanna was excellent in addressing the issues.

This property is very clean and the staff is super supportive. My only con would be the handicap parking is a distance from the front door and spaces were very limited. Several spaces were taken out and used to charge electric vehicles. The closet spaces were for VIP Hilton Members. If mobility is an issue I would suggest making different accommodations.

We came a day early and didn't have a reservation. When we were checking out for the day, they got us into our room early so we didn't have to haul our bags to the car. That was wonderful. Breakfast was wonderful,but would have like to been able to eat earlier than 7:00

Great area!! At arrival - we were told there would be $50 per night added to our total - $16.50 per night for parking included in $50. Then if there weren’t any outstanding charges we would be refunded $33.50. Wasn’t aware of these charges till we got there. So if worried about price - this could make a big difference. When we arrived people weren’t friendly- rushed to get us checked in. When we arrived in the room - there was poop on the toilet lid and the wall behind the toilet, brown stuff around the edge of the tub. Had to ask them to clean the room after the 5th night - never heard from anyone. Had to go chase down towels and soap. The shampoo and body wash dispenser were both empty upon arrival. And the bed was horrible - most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. The hotel if very drafty. The wind was horrible in Florida but could feel it and hear in throughout the hotel. Breakfast was edible - but the ladies working it were so rude. I am a honors member and was never asked - I had to go tell them the night before we checked out to see if I would get some kind of discount.

The property was located right on the beach which was nice. As for the room, the beds were so uncomfortable that we ended up checking out early in the morning. The parking fee was also a hidden cost that wasn’t made known to us until we got there
