Best experience for my birthday. The room and views were amazing, especially the terrace. The staff are all so kind, especially Leanne in providing me with a complimentary champagne bottle to celebrate my birthday. She made my stay extra memorable. Conveniently located in the old town close to the cathedral. The hotel would best be described as a boutique hotel. Our room was large and had all the usual amenities. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was fairly typical. The elevator is very small. Many nearby restaurants.Only downside is the (people) noise from the streets at night.

We really enjoyed our stay at BO Hotel. The staff were great throughout, very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The restaurant was a nice place to sit and have drinks although we did not eat. The location is perfect, in a lovely street with lots of restaurants and walking distance to everywhere. Modern rooms and bathrooms. The only downfall is that we could hear a lot from the street and from other parts of the hotel in the nights but it didn't bother us really.

Awesome spot!

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at BO Hotel. It had everything we needed and more. We especially appreciated the robes, toiletries, espresso machine, pool access, and the location couldn't have been better.

Went here for two days and enjoyed some couple time, we enjoyed the rooftop hot tub. Only issue was that the lighting seemed off/some wiring issue where when our boozy neighbor accidentally tried their key at our door and it made our lights flicker. Maybe just the side effect of an old building in historic Palma. But other than that very lovely hotel, great service, clean and close to all the beautiful old town!

The staff was incredible with great recommendations and eager to help with anything you may need. Very clean and spacious rooms. The restaurant was great. Very centrally located and easily walkable to shopping, bars, and food options. Theres also a beach and beach club that’s about a 25 minute walk away as well. My TV and hairdryer didn’t work, but I never requested to fix it otherwise I’m sure they would have been happy to help me. Overall great hotel and great value!!
