Perfect location
This was a great house for my husband and I. I was running the Oak Island marathon and this was perfect for us - close to everything a d could walk to the race without having to worry about trying to find a place to park

New years with our family!
The property was exactly as described. It was wonderful to be able to have a place for our dog to freely roam. The fenced in backyard combined with the sunroom made it extremely easy to manage. The kitchen was well equipped and the comfy livingroom furniture gave us all a nice place to be together. The location was central to everything we needed. We will definitely be coming back in the future.

Grab handles or hand rails installed at all external entrances. Light over the main entrance screen door. Change refrigerator door to left hinge. Repair ice maker or provide more ice trays. Towel rack in half bath. Provide liquid dish soap in the kitchen.

Great time
This is a wonderful place to stay! We enjoyed our time here very much. It is the perfect place for families and people with dogs. The fenced backyard and Screened porch are the best. Close to the beach and lots of things to do in the area. Thank you for providing such a dog friendly place to stay.

Great week
Spent the week here with my wife, 6 y/o son, and 3 dogs. The yard was great to have for the dogs and it was nice to be able to sit out on the back porch to drink my morning coffee. There is an outdoor shower which makes rinsing off after getting back from the beach. The house itself and the location were both good as well. We were able to bike to the 40th street beach entrance in about 10 minutes without too many issues and were close enough that we could go to all the major stores on our bikes if we wanted too as well. There were a few issues with the stove while we were there but otherwise the house was really nice. Would absolutely stay here again.

Worked for us
We didn’t bring our dogs this time because of the short stay and long drive. It would have been a great place to have them if we had. It was convenient, comfortable, and clean. The owner was very responsive. We did a boil one night so highly recommend that - it was amazing!

Relaxing neighborhood
The back yard was excellent for dogs! It was well shaded and my dog enjoyed looking for squirrels everyday. The house was spacious enough for us and stocked well with necessities. The neighborhood was very quiet and gave us the peaceful vacation we needed.

Quiet and Uncrowded with Nice Weather
Overall it was a nice restful stay, but it didn't have much in the way of entertainment except one Putt-Putt.and about 20 restaurants.and sports bars. The beach was nice, with few people.

Wonderful and relaxing and the pooch loved it!
This is wonderful clean home that is close to everything. Right down a few streets to a direct beach access and the dog situation is awesome! Puppers loved the fenced yard!

A happy place
