These apartments are nice ! However the pictures on the website are or the HOTEL beside it not of the apartments - the hotel is a little run down but has a washing machine and kitchen and BEAUTIFUL ocean view. The location is down an alleyway and office is on the 36th floor. Overall would stay here again.

There are stains on the bedsheets and blankets which give a bad impression on their cleanliness. We know that those are washed but they should not present that to the people if they say that it is clean and hygienic.

The reception to new customers was very disappointed and disconnected. They left you waiting downstairs for 30 minutes so other felt bad for to take you up to office . The girl at the desk handed you the key and sent you away to find the apartment. I was there last September with other company which were warn and personable

Handi Hotel is a 1-star ripoff

This picture is not the handi holiday. It is the Muong Thanh Luxury Hotel. They are affiliated. The Hadi is a 1-star. The pictured Muong is a 4-star. The latter fronts the ocean. The Handi fronts a dirt lot preparing for development. Hotels.com charged me 3 times rate for same room as on Agoda. I am not happy. I know this will not get posted but I hope you respond to numerous emails sent on this matter. You will soon see a drop off to no bookings If I do not get a timely response.

I would not stay here again...ever!

Advertised as 2 bed apartment with separate living. Whole apartment was in one room. One bed was so hard it felt like ply board. The staff was good and found another mattress for us. Website advertised gym, pool, restaurants etc. These are all in the hotel next door and it costs to use them. Lost count of the number of cockroaches in the room. The nightclub next door pumped all night hence little sleep. On our morning of departure the lift greeted us with a pile of vomit in it....disgusting!!!! Would not recommend this place at all.

Typhoon adventure

We arrived the evening of the typhoon. Our apartment on the 27th floor was just fine. The power went off the next morning so we hung around until the winds dropped and climbed down the stairs. The apartment flooded during the typhoon but it wasn't an issue as everything is ceramic tile

Dirty!

As soon as we walked into the room, it looked unkempt. We cleaned everything again as best we could with the supplies that were provided. The bathroom is so outdated and the cups in the bathroom had mold at the bottom. There were ants EVERYWHERE. If any food was left out, the ants got to it in clusters! There was even a cluster on one of the beds and they somehow got into the main bedroom. The cleaning staff barely cleaned... they pretty much swept/mopped the floor and folded the blankets and washed the dishes if there were any in the sink. They didn't even touch the bathroom except to replace the mat when we asked them to. At the end of our 15 day stay, the bathroom smelled absolutely rank. The reception was accommodating when they were able to which was the only "upside". I mean for the price, you get what you pay for. I will not be staying here again just for cleanliness.

Dirty and grubby items (towels, bed, floor, etc.)

When I booked an apartment at this place for a few nights, I was captivated by the luxurious images online. I was devastated when arriving and knowing that the images posted online were for advertising and marketing purposes. In addition, the services were performed very poorly. I had to carry my luggage from the luxury hotel lobby to the other side of the hotel only to find out that I would be staying in a crappy apartment. The most irritating experience was the extremely unprofessional functions of the elevators. There are only three elevators in which the waiting area is very crowded. When entering the elevator, is is very stuffy and airless. Knowing that, this is a residential apartment owned by someone and sublease to the Handy Holiday NhaTrang. Also, inside the apartment I booked, my children were unpleased with many pests roaming around the beds and on the walls. The washing machine was also very defective; there was no dryer so I had to hang my clothes all over my bedroom. Room service was also uncalled by me but when I was away they entered the room without permission. They also managed to keep a picture of my passport information, which I strongly disagreed with. I ended up having to deposit 1,000,000 VND for refusing to leave my passport with them. This said, there is no privacy whatsoever. Overall, I feel like I got ripped off by this place. I hope to never come back and experience a much nicer stay at another residential apartment in Nha Trang.

Great hotel with cheap price

This hotel is behind a 5-star hotel so it is very easy to locate it. The hotel staff was very nice to let us put our luggage in the reception before check-in, and helped us to book a car to the airport with reasonable price. The apartment was so nice that we couldn't believe we booked it with a cheap price on Expedia!! HAHA! But the elevator problem did exist and every time we need to wait for about 3-5 mins to get into it. Remember, the reception is on the 36th floor, please ask the security to help tap their card so that you can press 36 in the elevator! The swimming pool is indeed inside the 5-star hotel, but $50,000vnd is required for 1 person each time.

Waiting for the Elevator is a Pain.

The apartment is big and roomy. Very comfortable. The only thing I'd complain is the waiting for the elevators, there's always a line for it, and it was a slow season. That alone is why I'd never want to come back, if you don't mind it then it'd be great.

Nice view, but

I had a room right at the corner on the highest floor (45th) with gorgeous beach and city view. The apartment also has a neat kitchen and a washing machine which I like a lot. The bathroom has few broken items and smells funny. There are only 3 elevators serving the entire apartment so you can't expect to get to the ground in less than 5 minutes every time.

Check In is on the 36th floor just look for the apartment with a piece of paper stuck to the wall. Apartment itself was excellent, clean, new, all the appliances you need, with a great view if you get the beach side room. Check in could not speak english though. Access to pool and gym out front for $3NZD was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Stedet var meget beskidt, ikke særlig mange køkkrnting men det der var lugtede muggent. Ingen rengøring. Det var meget svært. Man skulle op på 36 etage for at komme til receptionen, men de var der ikke nogen af de gange vi var der for at få hjælp, for airconditionen virkede ikke. Der er kun 3 elevatorer til Ca. 45 etager så der er lang ventetid. En god ting er dog at stedet ligger lige ud stranden

He estado 10 días, me costó más de media hora que me atendieran para el check-in. El estado del apartamento es bastante malo, falta cuberteria, el microondas no iba y me lo cambiaron, y había quemaduras de cigarro por el sofá y todos los muebles La ubicación es muy buena, al lado de la playa y de todos los restaurantes y comercios Solo tres ascensores para cientos de personas, es incomodo y agobiante la piscina ni es gratis ni esta en el bloque de los apartamentos, está en el hotel de al lado y es de pago
