The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. The hotel is near the highway for easy on/off. Even though it's near the highway, it's a quiet property. A few restaurants nearby were walkable. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only issue I had was the equipment in the fitness center wasn't working. I did a walk at a nearby park instead.

Good but limited in beauty

The full breakfast was excellent as was the friendliness of the staff, however the hotel is older and the room was older looking, bed was just ok, no coffee maker in the room.

It was ok but it really needs a serious update! The bathroom tub had tape for sheet rock around it instead of caulking! The carpet felt old and the valance on the window was either very dusty or bleached/discolored in some plates. Serious Reno needs to be done.

Really a “cut the corners” place. Even though our room was clean and available, in wanting to check in early, the hotel insisted on a $50 up charge to do so. Not a sign of regard for the customer. Without a doubt, the CHEAPEST breakfast ever. Low quality few choices. Room (we upgraded for a suite) was so poorly arranged. Seating in one room, television in yet another. This for a $400 two night stay. Never again Wyndham for these travelers. ☹️☹️

The room was comfortable but a little worn. In particular, the bathroom door was starting to split at the bottom. Otherwise, the front desk staff were very friendly, and the included breakfast buffet was okay.

The hotel was clean, and the staff was great, but we had four complaints: 1. From 10:30 PM to 12:00, people were taking showers on the 2nd floor. The whistling from the plumbing was so loud. I have a recording if you'd like me to send it to you. That night and the next morning, we couldn't sleep because of the whistling. 2. There were two blood drop stains on our top sheet. I guess someone didn't check that before installing in on our bed. 3. The king size bed is dated and needs to be replaced. We tried to sleep, but the bed was shaped like a bowl, so we rolled into the middle. 4. While reserving our stay, your website asked if there was anything the hotel could do. We asked for standard pillows. Those "throw pillows" that are placed on the beds are NOT good for sleeping if you are a side sleeper or one who moves at night. We both had neck pain that lasted all day because of the pillows. I wish we had a better stay at your hotel. We stay there when we visit my sister and her family there in San Marcos. Please feel free to contact me if you'd like to hear a recording of the plumbing whistle. 325-277-2560. Text me and I will send it.
