The loft was so much more than expected. There was so much space. The balcony overlooking the river was so relaxing and beautiful. We will stay here again for sure.

Wasn’t mentally prepared

Very outdated. The room didn’t look like the pictures. Baby deer were everywhere. They didn’t come to you, however, they did stare you down. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, but there was no stopper to take a bath. It would’ve been okay if I didn’t have my kids with me.

The space was nice with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and living area space. The washer and dryer was nice to have as well. The only downfall was is all tile and just quietly walking around echos and we were on the 3rd floor. The place also needs a little updating.

Had a great stay! This is our 3rd time staying at the Schlitterbahn Resort but first time in the off season and at the lofts. Absolutely loved it! The only negatives I noted: the security gate to the property was broken and wide open so anyone can come in. It's not in the best area, so I was worried about my vehicle being broken into. Also one of the bed frames was so loud and squeaky we had to move the mattress to the floor and sleep down there both nights. A quick spray of WD-40 would fix it I think. But everything was good and no other issues. Very beautiful property in the fall. Will definitely be staying here again!

Four night stay, said room cleaning was every THIRD night but never had anyone come. Room was filthy. Feet were black from walking on floors, hair in shower, etc.

The staff was very friendly, courteous, and professional. The room was clean and cozy. We didn’t get to use the pools this time but plan to on our next visit. We will definitely stay here again.
