VISTAS, VISTAS, VISTAS! La vista solo desde esta unidad debería hacerlo, pero hay más. Está a una milla de la playa. Esta unidad está ubicada en el famoso Park Shore Resort en Nápoles. Es un complejo AAA-3-Diamond con piscina climatizada, jacuzzi, tenis, voleibol de playa, racquetball, parrillas y senderos para caminar. La ubicación no podría ser mejor ni más conveniente. Estamos a solo una milla de las famosas playas del Golfo, Venetian Village, tiendas de comida, área de Pelican Bay. A muy poca distancia en auto de Tin City, la famosa 5th Ave South y la más apreciada 3rd Street South.

Ahora, sobre el apartamento: ¿He mencionado las increíbles vistas del apartamento desde las ventanas de pared a pared, de piso a techo? Las fotos que ves fueron tomadas por un aficionado (yo) con solo un iPhone en la mano y no transmiten con justicia los pintorescos terrenos, que son frecuentados anualmente por artistas aficionados y de renombre que vienen a pintar el paisaje.

El apartamento de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños fue renovado recientemente con electrodomésticos nuevos y muebles contemporáneos animados. Contiene dos televisores de pantalla plana de 50 "; uno en el dormitorio principal y otro en la sala de estar. Contamos con teléfono, Wi-Fi, cocina completa con todos los utensilios y una lavadora y secadora de ropa DENTRO del apartamento. ¿Nos hemos perdido algo? Exactly as expected with a warm pool
The photos were accurate and the location couldn't be better. All the staff were very friendly. The pool was kept around 90 degrees which was perfect for us and made it easy to get in with the kids on the cooler days!

What a wonderful property, close to everything!!! While the decor was admittedly dated, the apartment & amenities were just what we needed!!! A delicious restaurant on property & beaches just minutes away...what a REASONABLE price!!! Stay here if you get a chance!!! :))))))))

Glorious week in Naples!
We came to Naples to visit our son who moved down from Maryland a few months prior. Our 1st time in Naples and we fell in love!! This property is perfect! Very comfortable, the kitchen is stocked well, the TV's are GREAT!! The balcony/lanai is perfect for having your morning coffee and watching the ducks and birds. So peaceful and quiet. The location is great. A grocery store is right around the corner. There are several restaurants close by, and the beaches are close. Hogfish Harrys, right on the property, is fantastic! Elliot is a great host! We loved our stay so much we extended it a few days! You won't go wrong if you decide to rent this property.

We enjoyed staying at this condo in the Park Shore Resort. It is in a great location, has a nice view, is close to the pool and also the front of the complex making it easy to go out. It is an end unit on the second floor and was easy to access the parking lot. It had everything we needed and Elliot was a WONDERFUL host. We arrived early and he was gracious enough to let us check in. He then called to make sure everything was good. He was very responsive to any questions or requests we had. When I let him know that the toaster was not working he asked if we would pick up another one. When we did he not only reimbursed us for the toaster but added an additional amount for us to treat ourselves with. We would not hesitate to rent this condo again.

We loved the condo at Park Shore Resort. The grounds were beautifully manicured and the pool was luscious. Oou VRBO was cute, well decorated and just as it was advertised. This is my fifth VRBO stay and the was the first time we received a welcome basket with the necesiries... so nice!

Wonderful hideway!
We stayed 5 days and loved this condo. The pictures of the condo and property were beautiful and it didn’t disappoint. The owner kept in touch to see if we had any questions and responded quickly when I called him to ask a question. I definitely would stay here again.

Great Naples Family Getaway
This was a clean 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit GREAT for a family of 4. The unit was stocked with some extras also including a beach chair, umbrella, sand toys and more. The resort itself was great also with a heated pool and nature seen with waterfall. ALSO GREAT restaurant on premises. All in all, it was a successful trip.

Construction Nightmare
When we booked, the mention of inability to use patio due to possible construction was present with an offer for $150 back to accommodate inconveniences. Well when we arrived the entire front of the building was covered in white, so nothing could be seen, no sunlight. Then the drilling of concrete patio started every day as early as 7:49-8 am everyday. We had to leave the rental everyday at 8am and not return until after 4 since the noise was unbearable and the vibration was unbearable. This rental and rentals in this entire unit should not have been permitted. No one rents a place they have to leave everyday. To give Elliot some credit he did give us a $100 a day back , but we paid a rental we could only sleep in, not enjoy at all. The location is great, the pool is great, but our whole vacation was severely impacted in a negative way.

All We Needed
